The prevalence of physical and verbal violence in society is ironic when it infects the world of education, including Islamic boarding schools. As educational institutions that uphold inclusivity, Islamic boarding schools should be role models in preventing violence. This study aims to examine the internalization of humanist values in education at inclusive Islamic boarding schools using a qualitative approach and field studies. The focus of the study was the PPTQ Radliyatan Mardiyah educational institution, which accepts students with and without special needs (ABK) and non-ABK, reflecting the Islamic principle of Rahmatan lil 'Alamin (blessing for the universe). The application of humanist values is carried out through four approaches: building emotional bonds, persuasive methods, role models, and habituation. As a result, students become more open, develop a strong sense of compassion, and foster a sense of caring for one another without belittling others. This research emphasizes the importance of inclusive education as a foundation for character development and raises awareness of the urgency of humanizing people within Islamic boarding schools. It is hoped that the results of this study will inspire other educational institutions to create safe, equal, and compassionate learning spaces.
