Jurnal ini dipersiapkan untuk penerbitan artikel ilmiah dalam bidang manajemen Pendidikan Islam ditinjau dari berbagai perspektif yang mencakup manajemen pendidikan islam, kepemimpinan, manajerial, ketatausahaan, manajemen lembaga pendidikan formal maupun non formal, kajian ilmu pengetahuan manajemen pendidikan secara teoritis dan praktis. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui studi kepustakaan, observasi, dan wawancara dengan para pengajar serta santri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan sopan santun di pesantren tidak hanya diajarkan secara teori, tetapi juga dibentuk melalui kebiasaan, keteladanan, dan pengawasan langsung dalam kehidupan sehari-hari santri. Kitab-kitab klasik seperti Ta’limul Muta’allim, Akhlaqul Banin, dan Adabut Ta’lim Wal Muta’alim utama dalam internalisasi nilai-nilai adab. Pendidikan nonformal melalui kegiatan sehari-hari seperti muhadarah, gotong royong, dan kedisiplinan ibadah turut membentuk karakter santri yang berakhlak mulia, taat, dan beretika dalam bersosial. This research aims to determine the practice of managing document archives at SMKS PGRI 1 Ngawi, East Java. This research uses qualitative descriptive techniques to analyze the records management process, related challenges, and their impact on management efficiency. Data collection was carried out by observing letters sent and received, diploma archives, and the student archive management process. The findings show that although SMKS PGRI 1 Ngawi has implemented recording procedures, there are still challenges such as a lack of understanding of staff and an integrated system. This study provides recommendations for improving the archives management system to support transparency and accountability in information management. The method used is qualitative research using descriptive methods, then data collection in the form of interviews and observation. The role of the homeroom teacher is verry important in supporting the success of students. To create a positive learning environment, it is necessary to take a deep approach to students, so thet the homeroom teacher and students are open to each other so thet it is easy to control, guide and motivate students to continue to develop smoothly both in the social, character, academic, and non academic fields of students. Learning achievements are typically derived from formal and non-formal education. However, Al Mardliyyah Islamic Boarding School in Demangan, Madiun City, employs a unique strategy to support its students' academic achievement: the implementation of educative punishment. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. The informants in this study were the head of the boarding school, a female teacher (ustadzah), security personnel, administrative staff, and student representatives. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique involved data collection, data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. Data validity was checked using triangulation techniques. The results show that the implementation of educative punishment at Al Mardliyyah Islamic Boarding School in Demangan Taman, Madiun City, emphasizes constructive learning and character development, devoid of physical or mental violence. The application of this punishment also supports students' academic achievement through learning facilities and a structured daily schedule, which ultimately fosters discipline and responsibility in their formal education.
